Julia Lindh, R.A., is an executive managing director and director of design at MKDA-Stamford, where she oversees design development and provides project management from pre-lease through completion while ensuring strict adherence to budgets and schedules. She is also responsible for business and client development at MKDA’s Stamford office.

Julia has more than 20 years of experience in the planning and design of corporate interiors within the financial, advertising, insurance, law, retail and education sectors, among others.

She holds seasoned expertise in all project phases—from programming through design and construction—but it’s her ability to translate the corporate character of a company into a functional yet aesthetically pleasing environment that results in her numerous repeat clients and diverse design styles.

Julia joined MKDA in 2006 following tenures with interior design firms throughout Connecticut and New York, including Esposito Design Associates, Roger Ferris + Partners and TPG Architecture.

Julia is licensed in New York and Connecticut, and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute in New York.  In addition, she is a member of The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the nation's leading trade association for professionals in commercial real estate, and Stamford GreenDrinks, a networking organization that focuses on sustainable design.
