Brickman taps MKDA to renovate Courthouse Tower in downtown Miami

The Courthouse Tower, originally built in 1974, could stand for a few upgrades. Brickman is making plans with MKDA Miami to renovate the dated common areas, elevators, and lobby at 44 West Flagler. The 26-story, 162,510-square-foot building stands across the street from the Miami-Dade County Courthouse, and is home to tenants such as United Bank, GEICO Insurance, CityYear as well as a number of law firms . Brickman’s goal is to elevate the 1974 Class B building to a B+ or even A- with the help of MKDA.
