International Women’s Health Coalition decided to renovate their existing 7,000 square foot office in Midtown in order to improve the functionality of their space to fit their current employees needs. In order to achieve this, the organization’s culture and branding were incorporated into the space in a bold and modern way with bright white and pops of hot pink. Touch down spots were added throughout the space with seating off of the reception and a work bar off of the pantry. As headcount expansion was not an issue, some workstations were removed to form an open lounge area in order to create a more modern and comfortable feel. The organization’s mission – “a bold and independent voice for the rights of women and girls” – is prominently displayed on the entry wall in the brand colors of hot pink and white.
