Emma Tessler is an interior designer in MKDA’s New York office, where she provides full scope design services on corporate office and commercial buildings, residential, healthcare, hospitality, and sustainable design assignments. She is an Allied member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and volunteers as the Chair of the NY Metro Chapter’s Communications Committee.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in interior design from the highly esteemed, CIDA accredited Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. Emma graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. During her time at the Fashion Institute of Technology, she gained the skills necessary to succeed in a fast paced work environment and interned at many firms in Manhattan.
Emma is widely respected for her innovative space planning, design concepts and rendering capabilities. Since joining MKDA in 2017, she has assisted in leading the firm’s photorealistic rendering initiatives. Recent experience includes SeatGeek, Site Centers and International Women’s Health Coalition.
