1095 Avenue of the Americas

MKDA worked with owner Blackstone Group and CB Richard Ellis—the building’s leasing agency—to devise an extensive prebuilt program at 1095 Avenue of the Americas, which had undergone a repositioning and exterior rehab. The prebuilt units ranged in size from 3,500 to 12,000 square feet on various floors and were designed to attract premier tenants from a variety of sectors. Elegant finishes enhanced the airiness of the space and attracted high-profile tenants such as China Construction Bank. MKDA’s prebuilt program quickly improved occupancy at the building.
