600 Madison Avenue

MKDA completed a prebuilt program and common area upgrade at Ruben Companies' 600 Madison Avenue that consists of a 2,300- and 3,600-square-foot prebuilt unit. MKDA devised an open layout that maximized the building’s sweeping Central Park views and usable terraces, making the spaces feel much more spacious. Each unit consists of private offices, conference rooms, workstations, pantries, copy rooms and IT rooms. A new restroom in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act was also incorporated into the space. The firm utilized finishes that create a luxurious boutique feel that appeals to multiple tenant types seeking office space in the prestigious Plaza District.
