850 Third Avenue

MKDA designed a sustainable prebuilt unit on the 21st Floor at 850 Third Avenue on behalf of Shorenstein Properties LLC, a San Francisco-based real estate investment firm. MKDA additionally devised sustainable prebuilt offices on the 10th, 11th, 16th, and 20th floors at the building, as well as corridors, elevator lobbies and restrooms at the building. As a result of MKDA’s prebuilt program, nearly 100 percent of units were leased in just over one year.
