MKDA gut renovated 40,000 square feet of office and showroom space at One Park Avenue on behalf of CHF Industries, a distributor of bed, bath and window products. The 20,000 square-foot office area and 20,000 square-foot showroom area were completed in three phases over 15 months to accommodate employees who were occupying the space throughout the entire renovation. In the end, MKDA provided CHF with new more flexible offices and a neutral showroom environment that best showcases the company’s product lines.
