Leading corporate space planning and interior design firm MKDA has completed a gut renovation of 20,000 square feet on the 25th Floor at 280 Park Avenue for private equity investment firm Harvest Partners. MKDA redesigned the office suite with a traditional and classical aesthetic and added a new executive boardroom, restructured workstations, executive offices and more spacious corridors. Harvest Partners is a private equity investment firm with a long track record of building value in businesses and generating attractive returns on investment. They currently have approximately $1.7 billion of capital under management, with additional funds available from their investors. Harvest Partners focuses on the acquisition of profitable medium-size companies and the financing of growing businesses.
