MKDA designed a 10,000 square-foot expansion space for the rapidly growing New York office of Lowenstein Sandler, a prominent New Jersey-based law firm. Private offices and workspaces were added to the 18,000-square-foot space that MKDA had designed for the firm just one year earlier. The initial design helped Lowenstein Sandler establish its brand in the New York marketplace while the expansion space continues the modern yet traditional design concept that reflects the law firm’s forward-thinking approach alongside its established reputation.
