MKDA designed the first New York office of Lukoil Pan-Americas—a firm that trades oil and other finished petroleum products throughout North and South America and the Caribbean. The clean architecturally designed space responds to the firm’s high-pressure demands and incorporates numerous sustainable elements, including energy-efficient lighting and furnishings certified by The GREENGUARD Environmental Institute. Private offices and trading desks are balanced with a lounge and exercise room that provides the homey environment that was important to the oil traders. Additionally, MKDA strictly adhered to Lukoil International Trading & Supply Company’s corporate branding requirements for all subsidiaries worldwide.
