MKDA designed an office for Woodbine Capital Advisors that comprises trading desks accommodating up to 30 traders, glass-front perimeter offices, conference rooms and a pantry. MKDA achieved a high-end aesthetic within a tight budget by using a neutral off-white color palette with rich chocolate Wenge Wood veneer accent walls; furniture and artwork set against clean architectural finishes such as white marble flooring with black-brown striations; and a mix of new furniture and existing furniture from Woodbine’s previous location. The design firm added crisp accents to infuse sophistication into the space.
