XE Capital

MKDA designed a unique interior environment for asset management and capital market firm XE Capital on the 2nd and 3rd Floors at 24 West 40th Street. The two contiguous 5,000-square-foot floors were designed to reflect the firm’s unique corporate brand with an emphasis on the firm’s fluid approach to new ideas. Rather than creating a linear space, MKDA used color and sculptures of folding surfaces to define and divide the various work areas within the largely open interior environment, and added unique elements, such as a rock garden and a dynamic internal staircase.
