“The upgrades completed across 100 Biscayne further enhance its central location and make it an optimal office building to meet the creative and technology markets’ growing desires and demands.” –Jonathon Yormak, founder and managing principal of East End Capital.
100 Biscayne- formerly known as New World Tower- is a 30-story iconic Downtown Miami office building overlooking Biscayne Bay and Miami Beach. East End Capital wanted to market to boutique firms as well as improve tenant experience with the addition of a shared amenity space and technology infused office spaces. The upgrades to the iconic Miami building payed homage to Miami Deco style.
As a result, we installed terrazzo floors in a modern gray color, exposed ceilings to accentuate the floor heights, dropped ceiling eyebrows with sleek linear lights, and in true tropical fashion, the use of white vertical slats along the common area elevator walls to keep the floors feeling light and refreshed. Also popular to Miami Deco style was the high contrast of black and white elements.
The amenity floor features a flexible conference center with a black framed and glass garage door, custom blue carpet design, a full pantry complete with a beer garden for tenants, and a fitness center & yoga studio with changing rooms and showers.
The prebuilt program for tenants includes modern move-in ready office suites, with open kitchens, and exposed ceilings. Tenants can choose to have pure white terrazzo in their suites or exposed concrete.
