PROJECT ARCHITECT

MKDA is recruiting a bright and efficient senior-level project architect with experience managing a diverse range of corporate interior projects ranging from 10,000 to 100,000 square feet, or more.

The candidate will be able to work closely with the firm’s partners and project teams to provide total project oversight from inception through completion, ensuring strict adherence to design specifications, budgets and time constraints.

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a degree in Architecture and 15-25 years of experience in architectural planning and design is required.

Expertise in corporate and facilities planning, scheduling and budgets, computer-aided graphics, and streamlined construction documentation for corporate office, trading floors, building repositioning and IT and infrastructure projects, among others, is also required.

The right candidate posses strong leadership and presentation skills, thrives in a challenging work environment, and communicates clearly and effectively. He or she has proven success in new and existing business development and client relations.

SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

MKDA is seeking a creative and innovative interior designer with experience in the design and planning of large commercial projects. The successful candidate would be familiar with furniture specifications, proficient with AutoCAD, and capable of programming, conceptualizing space and rendering.
