For Live Nation Entertainment, MKDA designed a hybrid environment that seamlessly supports work, hosting, and event programming — allowing the space to transition fluidly between modes without compromising identity or performance.
The event venue is conceived as an open, adaptable space anchored by a brick-clad bar and supported by integrated back-of-house amenities, including a full wet bar and prep kitchen. An industrial material palette—exposed structure, polished concrete floors, and expressive lighting—is balanced with hospitality-driven elements to create a welcoming yet durable setting. Flexible furniture groupings, including lounge seating, communal tables, and banquettes, allow the space to scale from informal gatherings to large-format events.

Interwoven with the event environment, the workplace supports focused work and collaboration through a compact mix of private offices, open workstations, lounge space, and an open pantry. The workplace and event functions are unified by a cohesive design language and shared infrastructure, enabling operational efficiency while allowing each area to perform independently.
Designed to evolve alongside Live Nation’s dynamic culture, the project prioritizes adaptability, material longevity, and experiential continuity—creating a workplace that reflects the brand’s creative energy while supporting future growth.
