Walking for Daisy: MKDA's Emily Cacace at the Children's Heart Foundation Walk

MKDA’s Marketing and Brand Manager Emily Cacace served as a committee member at the Children’s Heart Foundation’s Long Island Congenital Heart Walk at Sunken Meadow. The event drew 956 attendees in support of spreading awareness and funding critical research for life-saving treatment for babies and children born with congenital heart defects.

Emily took to the stage to share the story of her daughter Daisy, who was born with a congenital heart defect, bringing a deeply personal perspective to the day’s mission. The walk received local media attention, including coverage on News 12 Long Island, bringing even greater visibility to this important cause.
