Julia Lindh Honored as a Leading Lady in CRE

Julia Lindh, NCARB, is an executive managing director and director of design in MKDA’s Stamford office. She established the office as a “one man shop” in 2006, and has since grown her team to 11 designers and project managers who service diverse corporate clients in multiple markets nationwide.

Lindh is recognized for the strategic advisory services she provides commercial building owners, such as RPW Group, George Comfort & Sons and ClearRock Properties. She has led the repositioning of buildings like 700 and 850 Canal Street for ClearRock and 2187 Atlantic Street for Black Diamond with work that includes façade design, lobby renovations, prebuilt programs, and marketing and turnkey suites.

Her corporate work for brands that include Guggenheim Partners, Design Within Reach, Bank of Ireland, Tradition Energy, Workpoint, Eldridge and Arbour Lane Capital Management integrates the unique corporate character of a corporation into an efficient and visually pleasing workplace.

Lindh is licensed in Connecticut, New York and Alabama; and, as a National Council of Architecture Review Board (NCARB) certificate holder, she has completed work in Florida, California and Texas.

She is a member of NAIOP, and has been recognized as a “Women Making an Impact” for her commitment to the local community. She holds a B.Arch. from Pratt Institute.
