The MKDA team participated in a groundbreaking ceremony for Block Capital’s new mixed-use development at 91 NW 27th Street. The five-story building is situated on a 5,650 square foot lot and is programmed with 17 multifamily units and 3,000 square feet of ground floor retail with special units on the mezzanine and the penthouse level. The mezzanine will feature a large terrace overlooking the street to promote a more urban, engaging experience and the penthouse units were designed to highlight views, exterior experiences, and privacy. In addition, vast roof terraces will be fitted with exterior kitchens, bars, and plunge pools. Our team had a great time at the event and we look forward to watching the construction progress as our design comes to life!
