MKDA is pleased to announce that Angelica Pallante has joined its Miami studio as a Business Development Associate, where she will support the firm’s continued growth. Based in the Miami office, Pallante will focus on expanding the firm’s presence throughout Florida, with an emphasis on the region’s “Gold Coast,” including Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties.
In the role, Pallante will also help strengthen MKDA’s Workplace Interiors Practice by deepening engagement across the business, brokerage, and commercial real estate communities and representing the firm through key industry organizations and events. She will also work closely with clients and internal teams to align client objectives with MKDA’s advisory, strategic, and design expertise. In doing so, she will partner with brokers, owners, developers, and end users to deliver thoughtful, high-performance environments that support leasing, enhance asset value, and help organizations foster productivity and adapt to evolving workplace needs.
With experience supporting business development, operations, and marketing initiatives within the commercial real estate, design, and construction sectors, Pallante brings a strong understanding of client priorities, the design lifecycle, and how business objectives translate into effective workplace solutions.
“We are thrilled to welcome Angelica to our South Florida team,” said MKDA Principal Jarad Kleinberg. “She has excellent instincts and will play an important role in strengthening our visibility and relationships across the region, both in markets where we have deep roots and in areas where we see continued growth. Angelica will be a valuable partner to clients and industry colleagues, as well, helping align client needs and market opportunities with MKDA’s workplace strategy and design expertise.”
Prior to joining MKDA, Pallante held a marketing and business development role with James E. Fitzgerald, Inc., where she supported growth initiatives for commercial interiors and retail projects while helping strengthen client engagement and brand visibility. Prior to that, Pallante supported operations across the office portfolio of Vornado Realty Trust, a preeminent owner, manager and developer of office and retail assets. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Pennsylvania State University and later completed a certificate in Buildings and Construction through New York University.
“I’m thrilled to join MKDA and be part of a team with such a strong reputation in the industry,” said Pallante. “I look forward to building relationships across South Florida, engaging with organizations such as CoreNet and CREW, and connecting clients and industry partners with MKDA’s award-winning workplace strategy and design expertise.”
