MKDA partnered with Alchemy ABR-Investment Partners and Cain International to design a luxurious prebuilt program at the newly constructed 30-story tower at 125 West 57th Street in Manhattan’s Plaza District. Designed to attract high-end tenants, the space features warm wood finishes, oak slat ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows that maximize light and openness.

A refined reception area leads to a glass-enclosed boardroom, open work areas, and private offices with sweeping views of Central Park. At the heart of the space, a café and lounge offer a hospitality-infused environment, complete with a marble island, custom millwork, and curved velvet seating. Thoughtfully styled shelving and flexible layouts encourage everyday use and casual collaboration. The elevator lobby reinforces the building’s premium identity with veined stone, wood accents, and understated metallic finishes—echoing the design language of the main lobby to ensure a cohesive arrival experience. MKDA’s elegant yet welcoming design enhances the tenant experience and reinforces the building’s positioning in the competitive Plaza District market.
