MKDA designed the 6th-floor amenity center at 1330 Avenue of the Americas to provide tenants with a sophisticated, hospitality-inspired retreat for work, socialization, and wellness. The interior aesthetic incorporates chevron-patterned flooring, bronze accents, and a neutral finish palette that exudes understated elegance. Warm materials, layered lighting, and curved details establish a sense of continuity and comfort throughout, while textured furnishings add depth and refinement to the design.

Anchored by a large, flexible boardroom with movable walls, the floor seamlessly adapts to accommodate everything from private discussions to large-scale meetings and events. A central lounge and café-bar serve as the social heart of the space, offering a stylish setting where conversation and collaboration flow naturally. Nearby, the golf simulator lounge introduces a playful yet polished experience, while glass-enclosed phone rooms provide a quiet escape.
