The upscale amenity space seamlessly blends classical architectural details, such as coffered ceilings and decorative wall molding, with a clean modern aesthetic and calming natural materials. An elegant reception and cafe area, playfully dubbed “Café Colorado,” exudes the charm of a swanky airport lounge where tenants can enjoy casual conversations before and after meetings. The space incorporates curved fluted furniture, upholstered lounge seating, sleek marble countertops, and bronze and copper finishes, instilling the area with both grandeur and comfort. A separate multipurpose conference room includes interactive screens with the flexibility to serve either larger social events or more formal meetings.
