Working on behalf of Rubenstein Partners, MKDA is activating the breathtaking rooftop terrace to transform it into the ultimate destination for innovation and relaxation. With 12,000 square feet of river and skyline views, the project team has created a landscaped rooftop to highlight the beauty of the great outdoors.
The entrance of the rooftop showcases both the views and the added greenery and planters to transform it into an oasis. An abundance of seating, from lounge chairs atop lush grass and couches that overlook the skyline, provides individuals with the opportunity to socialize and collaborate. This natural setting may help tenants undergo a creative journey, which has the potential to inspire their next big breakthrough. The team included a bar and pergola area, giving the terrace a hospitality-like atmosphere.
Adjacent to this space are fire pits and lounge furniture, enabling people to use the space at night and further building on the cozy and calming environment. These features deliver a sense of community, wellness and comfort that forward-thing tenants crave from their office buildings.Additional elements include a state-of-the-art gym and a number of prebuilt suites.
