MKDA worked on behalf of Rockrose at 300 Park Avenue South to prepare a turnkey space for Nate. This E-commerce company wanted to attract its employees back to the office through showcasing its youthful brand identity. The 13,000-square-foot office is open plan and mainly consists of open workstations with 15-foot ceilings.
The team embraced the large arched windows to keep the space bright and airy while also instilling it with a sense of grandeur. Additionally, the workspace features a boardroom, with a custom-made light wood table, and small two-person prefabricated wooden booths and cafe-style tables.
MKDA’s creative team designed a high-end pantry mimicking the arch windows with custom-made cabinets and frosted glass front, all framed by black wood. In addition, gold hardware, a built-in fridge and marble center island establish an elegant, luxurious atmosphere where individuals can unwind and socialize with one another.
