Nuveen tasked MKDA with designing prebuilt suites, common areas, marketing plans, and turnkey spaces at the newly redeveloped and rebranded “The Gardens” at 780 Third Avenue. The project team created a new building standard at the 50-story building, which is centered on wellness and highlights the post-pandemic need for nature, greenery, light, and air. The team created flexible layout options that include a balanced mixture of open plan workstations, private offices, meeting rooms, and in-demand support spaces such as pantries, soft seating areas, and wellness rooms.
