As the building architect, we’ve been providing ongoing landlord services that include prebuilt suites, tenant turnkeys, common area upgrades, and amenity offerings. We are delivering 35,000 SF of newly leased pre-built space for three tenants, including One William Street Capital Management LP, P10 Intermediate Holdings LC, and Tailwind Management LP.
