Pharrell’s streetwear brand Billionaire Boys Club (BBC) found it’s new home in Wynwood after testing the marketing with a pop-up shop. Pharrell recently signed a lease at 2545 Northwest Third Avenue, a building currently under gut renovations by MKDA Miami. MKDA will also be designing the interior of BBC’s new store. The renovations are expected to be complete by the second quarter of 2021.
