MKDA Sponsors Golf Event for Folds of Honor

MKDA is proud to have sponsored the 4th Annual Patriot Golf Classic at the Village Club of Sands Point. The esteemed event raises funds for Folds of Honor, an organization that primarily provides financial support and academic scholarships for the families of fallen and disabled soldiers, with over 44,000 scholarships awarded over the past decade.

$175,000 Raised for Scholarships

MKDA Vice President Adam Miller and Director of Operations Jarad Kleinberg were integral to the success of the sold-out event, driving event attendance and fundraising efforts. An impressive $175,000 was raised in total contributions from sign-ups to donations, with $19,000 being raised that day alone. Folds of Honor prides itself on ensuring that 91% of proceeds raised go towards scholarships. We can proudly say that this event is making a direct impact on the lives of military spouses and children.

“We are fortunate to have the opportunity to support and raise awareness for this cause that we feel so passionately about,” said MKDA Director of Operations, Jarad Kleinberg. “These scholarships empower families who have made the ultimate sacrifice and affords them with equal opportunities and a well-deserved education. Between the overwhelming turnout and generous contributions, the event was a huge success and we look forward to sponsoring it again next year.”
