PMG has submitted plans to build Society Wynwood.

Society Wynwood is proposed to include:

• 318 residential units
• 43,000 square feet of retail/commercial space
• 4,000 square foot underground speakeasy
• 50,000 square feet of rooftop amenity space
• 5,000 square foot rooftop restaurant

Artists will be selected at the completion of the project to paint the majority of the external walls visible to the public.
