MKDA crafted a new workplace for Zinnia, a technology-driven life insurance company, which reflects the innovation, collaboration, and seamless experience at the heart of its mission.Defined by open layouts, glass partitions, and consistent access to daylight, the workplace fosters a clear sense of openness and flow. A neutral palette of white, gray, and light oak establishes a sense of calm and balance, while Zinnia’s signature orange adds vibrancy and continuity throughout key spaces.

The project team strategically incorporated a dedicated brainstorming zone near the touchdown areas, equipped with a whiteboard, projector, and soft seating that invites collaboration and flexibility. Modular lounge furniture allows the space to adapt easily to team discussions, presentations, or informal gatherings, reinforcing its role as the social heart of the office. Along the perimeter, hexagonal workstations introduce a distinctive geometry that optimizes space and daylight access, while private offices take advantage of exterior views. Additional collaboration areas—including conference rooms, Zoom rooms, and a pantry—support a variety of work styles and encourage interaction across teams. Together, these elements create a cohesive, activity-based environment that promotes connection and teamwork throughout the workplace.
