MKDA Florida Studio’s newest design for the Krymwood Hotel, is an 8-story mixed-use building in the heart of the neighborhood. The development would rise 123-feet and comprise 72,369 square feet of new construction, including 60 units mixed between residential and lodging uses. The ground floor would have 4,903 square feet of commercial space.
