What’s the best advice you can give to someone starting their career?
Be curious, ask questions, attend design events. Being a designer is a lifestyle.
What accomplishment are you most proud of?
Moving to a new country alone and pursuing my dream career.
When did you know you wanted a career in design?
My dad is an architect and my mom is an interior designer. Seeing my mom working on her design in 3D and bringing her ideas to life inspired me to look into this field.
Where is your favorite place to travel?
Home to visit my family. I rarely get to travel back, but there is no other place like it.
Cats or dogs?
Dogs! I have two of my own.
What is your go to work snack?
Cheese. All kinds of it.
If everything in your house had to be one color, what color would you choose?
Black. I’m a huge fan of the moody feel this color creates in interiors.
What’s your secret talent that no one knows about?
I’m a certified ballroom dance instructor
